Anyone have any thoughts on this one?  Seems like this day was something special in N.Korea, possibly new leader taking power or something?
Thanks and 73's

Andrew Yoder:
Hi Scott,
This one was to the best of our knowledge an unid that was called the "Dear Leader" or "Great Leader" station by DXers. It was all about the change in leadership in the DPRK & included a few SSTV images of propaganda posters:

Have a great day!
Andrew

S.A. McArdle:
Okay, many thanks Andrew.  I guess I somehow missed the earlier discussion.  Have a good day & thanks, 73's
