New whooper beacon on 4095.65

4097.2 dasher visible just above the noise floor on my SDR, rises up for a few cycles then fades back out for two or three minutes. No sign of DW at this point. 02:18 UTC 18 NOV 2020

The DW Whooper seems to have come up a bit in signal strength and is now sending 21 "whoops" between the Morse IDs

P.S. I tried to locate the signal myself at 4095.6 kHz via Token's WebSDR at approximately 1830 UTC, with no luck.

West Coast KFS SDR with the SE directional antenna http://69.27.184.58:8076/
Try 4095.66 in CW mode and you can manually narrow the bandwidth with the mouse cursor
