ChrisSmolinski:
Kids talking? Just tuned in. Mentions of Channel 13.

Checking the SDR recording - 1233z sign on, 1242 sign off.

Danoman:
Caught this on the SDR recording last night.
About ten minutes long.

Mentions a current date of 10/31/1980 and also it's cold outside?
Is this recorded audio or live?

Let the speculation begin!
