Perhaps Channel Z ? Yes, ID at 0028z.  S5 to S6, lots of static and fading.

jFarley:
0015 Heard Guns 'n Roses - "Sweet Child O' Mine"
0020 OM tx, couldn't hear it, followed by unid song
0024 OM tx, couldn't hear it, followed by unid song

Was actually not bad around 0015, but seems to be tailing off to the close to the noise now.
Thanks Channel Z!

skeezix:
Absolutely nothing here whatsoever.

lightkeeper:
0034Z, carrier just audible on the west coast..can't make out any audio

Kilokat7:
Mostly S3 with heavy fading, but up to S6 at one point with this:

0037 utc: U2 Song and talk with ID just before the U2 song (heard announcer mention "Hocus Pocus" and what sounded like a Channel Z ID)
0043 utc: Signal completely gone, or signed off?

Thanks Z
