Unknown Ale Frequencies

saint:
I hope I am posting in the right category:
Over the past several month I have found HF frequencies that have Ale Soundings when searching across the hf bands and I have not found any information on these. They are all USB and the frequencies I am posting could be off +/- a few khz's. These frequencies I have heard during the day and night, I dont think I have picked up any audio on any of them, I thought I would post them to see if anyone had any information.
All IN KHZ USB
5330,6809,6994,8038,8624,8899,8926,8936,11109,11181,11227,11427,12217,12877,14777,14872,14929,15045,15092,19313, AND 21867.
I have been picking these up from Fort Erie Ontario Canada using 100ft of antenna wire out on my fourth floor balcony facing North using a SDRplay RSPdx and SDRuno software.

WA4FHY:
I have seen a lot of ALE on 6910.0 kHz, unknown ID but US mil is sometimes on this freq with USB voice. 6995.0 kHz ALE from FEMA

Josh:
Some audio or calls would help. US mil and gov can and do fire up wherever they wanna, HAMs are secondary users in the rf spectrum so don't be surprised when HFGCS or even SIPR fires up on 3905kHz..

saint:
I have not picked up any voice audio, just soundings.
Steve

Josh:
Sorry, I meant an audio recording of the ale sig so a decoder can be run on it revealing the callsigns.
