6775 Serdolik or VARA

I just received a similar set of short data bursts (audio at https://www.lutins.org/sdr/6775_unid_data.mp3) on the same frequency at 2356 GMT on 13 Mar 2022. When decoding Domino, MultiPSK is limited to 22 baud, and the bandwidth of this signal suggests the baud rate is higher. I tried decoding with FLDIGI (allows up to 88 baud), but couldn't get a decode on my recording nor yours. Either encrypted, or another, similar mode?

That looks & sounds like a 500 Hz VARA transmission, plus 6775.0 USB is a known frequency carrying HF VARA. In addition to 6775.0, you can find HF VARA on 3391.0, 4560.0, 4906.0, 7860,0, 9217.0 & 10267.0, all USB.
