Thanks to a tip on the IRC channel I have Cool AM on 13875 KHz USB, relayed by BOR. Signal is about S4, with moderate fading. Playing the blues at 1915 UTC.

It's faint, and it's subject to I don't know what kind of loud interference here, but I've got them!  Blues music I think? audible at 1920.  

What's with me thinking this was a Europirate?  Duh, Chanter.

Chanter, I'm just relaying a Europirate. THe transmission is originating from the west coast of North America. Sorry to disappoint you ;-)

*facepalms* I realized that right after I posted it.  Sorry BOR, I had a case of the slows.  Reply edited.  Still happy to catch this one, though.  I've only heard you once before, relay or no relay.
