Can anyone else hear this? I don't know if its USB or LSB or AM. Nothing sounds right.
It sounds like audio played at very slow speed, but unreadable. Sounds like it repeats.

Unfortunately, it stopped before I was able to get a recording of it.

I was in the band because I was looking for numbers stations and this could have been one, but with a modulation I hadn't heard before. Switching from AM to USB and LSB didn't bring it out from the muck. It still sounded like garbled human voice.

It did come back and I was able to record it. Sorry that it isn't a stronger signal.

Did you reveive  that  again during the last days ?  Me myself ,  i will monitor this frequency  , i`m every day `online `  on shortwave .
