Have been noting very weak music right at and mixed in with the noise.  First heard 0116.  0122 noted an op's voice but it was not possible to make out anything.  Back to music 0123?

0134 Possible Rave On Radio ID

0100z sign on here with an S4 signal. ID at 0109z. Said would be shutting things down at 0134z, and off around 0136z.

Mostly in the noise, but would fade up at times for positive copy - heard ID's @ 01:10z, 01:23z & right before sign off @.

01:00z began hearing music
01:10z faded up for a clear ID
01:23z another ID fading in
01:35z ID & sign off
