Although I'm not copying it from my current QTH in SW Utah, I hope to be heading a bit further north next week. Will take a listen for it then.

Today July 29th I went for an early morning hike and took the KA1103 receiver with me..
I caught Cry Baby on 7956 khz at 1300 utc...

I think someone said years ago it was about 10 mw output...

July 30  at 1315 utc I started hearing Cry Baby it was weak but in there none the less by 1330utc it faded out.
