Interval signal loop with UK-accented male and female announcers.

0016 - Carrier off
0017 - Carrier and IS resume
0018 - Program commences with perhaps what seems like relay of a commercial station. Sounds like the announcements are in Hebrew, but not 100% sure on that.

I became distracted away from the radio for ~50 minutes and missed the rest of the program!

Tuned in at 0039 utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with poor noisy S9 signal, hear pop music, carrier off at 0043.
