0021 6950.2 music - just barely audible

S4 and noisy

Some unintelligible talk and came up enough to identify the music as blues by 0024.

more indistinct talk, 2 more blues songs and off 0033.

I had a carrier as early as 0002 UTC on the SDR recording, but too weak for any usable audio.
