Tough one to ID for me, so we'll go with the consensus on this one.

0225z Playing Macarena  
0227z really a rough copy for me ...
0235z Hear voice, not music ATTM but still very weak here.
0245z Carrier still present but little else for me ...

Very weak here, and Peskies very strong, but sounded like it might have been a Pirates Week relay at about 0218 UTC.

Pirates Week being heard here with a solid S9, on at 0208z.

At 0250z solid id as "This is Liquid Radio" Also mentioned 6935.

S2 at 0258z with an ID during a signal upswing. Can hear dance music now.

0404 Into more talking type tunage. Shazam says it is "Antithesis" by Cyanotic.

SDR recording catch, 0208 sign on, about an S9 signal.
