Title: Video: My Secret Falklands War: When Britain's Military Took To The Airwaves
Post by: Charlie_Dont_Surf on April 13, 2022, 1702 UTC
Those of us of a certain age will remember Radio Atlantico Del Sur, the PSY OPS station set up by the British Ministry of Defense to broadcast to the Argentine soldiers occupying The Falklands/Las Malvinas during the war. With the 40th anniversary now upon us, here is a back story to that station.

I don't think I ever got a QSL card (did they actually issue any?  ::) :D ) but I heard it many times and probably have a recording or two of the station somewhere.
