That is a nice signal. It is coming in good for me as well again tonight. Thanks for the clarification with the call sign. Now that I listen to it again there is a slight pause between DE SVO. I have changed the subject line.
This has also allowed me to find some additional information on the station. It appears to be the maritime coastal station SVO (Olympia Radio) in Pirgos, Greece.

This post suggest it is 10 kW. I can see now why I could not find it on the board. It is listed as 8.424.0MHz CW in the log.
