With oldies and get this...announcements! Weak copy with possible mentions of "West Rockingham", but not 100% clear. Slogan heard was "Your station for great music and great memories, you'll always find them right here on the community radio network.." with mentions of an FM frequency and "AM 17-10".

West and East Rockingham are part of the Greater Rockingham, NC. region. There's a NASCAR track there. The town sits on the Great BBQ Fault Line of N.C. When I was fresh out of college and pushing software that area was part of my territory.
Rockingham is nearly in S.Car. Nice catch.

I know pirates use 1710 because most car / consumer radios tune it in, but it is mostly unusable here on the east coast due to the TIS stations. 1720 is wide open, but only hobbyists are likely to tune in transmissions there.
