I happened to hear WAS on 13.563.8 MHz this afternoon at 1930z. Signal was just above the noise floor, but readable enough to get the call sign written down.

Bill ... Heard WAS this afternoon at approx. 2000 UTC. Signal was right at the noise floor and I actually backed the dial up to confirm that I had heard something. And I did.
