Not sure if this is the same station as earlier, but I can actually hear this one :-)   It is still weak, however.

Sounds like Rolling Stones "Ruby Tuesday" at 1451z.
1502 Jim Croche "Operator" ?
1503 Rolling Stones "You Can't Always Get What You Want"?

Faded out to a carrier for a while, now back again with "Ledo Shuffle" at 1632.

1641- got it here also rising in and out of the noise
1830- still tough copy here with some audio rising above the noise
1859- CW on 6925 USB
1900- National Anthem

1652 now seeing a very light carrier
1825 trace carrier w/o audio

1901z dead carrier [slipped back up to 6925]

reached s7 here briefly, while they were tuning carrier

1856 I noted the MCW and SSTV, but it was too weak to decode either

Got this SSTV that fits the time frame, and station ID.
