Open carrier for a few minutes then music just started at 1530.
"Easy listening"-type song with female vocalist for few minutes then into five number/letter groups read by a computerized voice. I can't recognize the language due to high QRN
SINPO 33132 on SDR in Hungary due to QRN in central Europe now.
Carrier off by 1541 UTC.
Priyom indicates that this was likely V24 from South Korea.

I forgot to check for this, d'oh! Fortunately being on today means it will be on the 3rd and the 8th. The way conditions have been, I expect very copyable reception on those dates/times, assuming we don't get hit with another blast of solar wind in that time.

Attempted to copy at my home QTH. Carrier was copied around 1520 but faded severely by the time the broadcast began. "Soy Sauce" SDR in Chiba prefecture, Japan, was uncharacteristically weak; I assume the skip zone was expanding for that QTH. But I had a very good signal, SIO 444, at Token's kiwi SDR in the Mojave.

6215 09-11-2019 1500 V24 AM K-popsong. Message in Korean
Heard via web sdr Japan
I was listening via Token's Kiwi SDR, and it was very interesting. I could hear other audio on the carrier before the transmission started, which is new for me - probably product from another signal in the Seoul area, similar to what's heard on V07. There was also some at the very end before it signed off, along with a Windows noise (shutdown I think) before the carrier cut out. And the transmission began about 35 seconds after the top of the hour when it's usually right on the mark.
Signal was very good at the Mojave QTH. It was just a weak carrier at my home. But I did see the carrier pop up at 1443 UTC.

Copied with a fair signal in Denver on my RSPdx and G5RV inverted V dipole. The carrier seemed to be carrying crosstalk with some other station, which remained on well after V24 ceased its broadcast. Or perhaps there's a new station also occupying that frequency? It's still on as of 1604 UTC. It would be very unlike V24 to remain on so long after the message is sent, so perhaps that's the better explanation, but not getting enough of anything to make out what it might be.

Sound of Hope, Chinese service, started using this frequency in December of 2019.
So for the 1500 UTC transmission on 6215 kHz you will have SoH up before the V24 carrier comes up, and SoH will still be there after V24 goes away. Fortunately V24 has almost always been stronger than V24 on this when they are co-channel. And yes, V24 still also has its audio cross talk.

5900 kHz, 22 JAN 2020, 1600 UTC
My first time copying V24 on this frequency at this time at my home QTH (taking advantage of my G5RV inverted dipole, with the apex up nearly 40' (12m) and RSPdx but also taking advantage of the conditions which usually aren't favorable for this frequency at this time, nearly two hours after sunrise). Music followed by numbers in Korean, QRT at 1608 z. SIO 222.
-
V24, 4900 kHz, 27 JAN 2020 @ 1530 UTC, copied on Token's kiwi SDR in the Mojave Desert because all I can get in Colorado is a carrier - no audio is present at all here. V24 was much stronger than Voice of Strait on this SDR, distinguishable from the outset by their use of the same K-pop song that this frequency has used since 2016, but Voice of Strait causing considerable QRM (carriers beating against one another, and then their audio more clear once the KK numbers began). QRT at 1542. (The remaining trace carrier present at my QTH must be Voice of Strait's, so V24's was quite a bit stronger even if not enough to deliver audio.)
-
V24, 6215 kHz AM, 07 FEB 2020, 1500 UTC
Copied with a poor to fair signal at my home QTH of Denver CO USA. Unsure of when carrier came up but station was QRT at 1509 UTC.
-
V24, 6310 kHz AM, 01 MAR 2020, 1530 UTC
Carrier up at 1519 UTC. Music (Maeil Geudaewa [Every day with you], same as usual) at 1530, numbers at 1533, then QRT at 1538z. The audio was just above the noise at my home QTH (just the carrier) but goodcopy at Token's SDR, albeit with QRM from unknown utes on both sides of the signal. My favorite Japanese SDR (the "soy sauce" kiwi in Chiba prefecture) had a light signal so it wasn't getting the full bounce.
-
It was nice to catch V24 returning to this frequency and time, the last time it was used (6310 kHz at 1530 UTC) was in September of 2019.

V24, 5290 kHz AM, 07 MAR 2020, 1430 UTC
Pretty weak, SIO 121-222 or so here in Denver CO USA, but I'm unsure if I've ever copied this time/frequency at my home QTH other than the carrier. I really don't think I have, especially any time outside the long nights of November through early February. Still, much more solid signal into Token's kiwi SDR in California. Opening music is the same as it's been for the past few years (Me Gustas Tu by Gfriend). This must have broadcast on the 3rd and 5th as well. QRT at 1439.
Also copied on this date on 6215 kHz AM at 1500 UTC. Barely audible in Colorado, stronger on Token's kiwi SDR but getting QRM from a Mandarin language broadcast on the same frequency.

I did not catch that. Shades of HM01 there. It was pretty quiet so I'm sure that's part of why I missed it.

V24, 4925 kHz, 11 MAR 2020, 1430 UTC.
Continuing with the busy month. Copied via Token's kiwi SDR in the Mojave, as at best I could eke out a very very tiny carrier at my home QTH. Still using the Dvorak piece as the interval. Numbers until 1438z then QRT.
I won't be around to see if there's a transmission on 5115 kHz at 1600z, hopefully someone else can monitor that frequency at that time.
