Really coming in strong today 1000 UTC, 11710 am. (S9 + 10). 54344
Little fading, strong English broadcast.
Best I have heard in a while.
Very anti imperialists propaganda. Nuclear talks.
Like the good old days of the soviet block broadcasts.

11710 was the best of the bunch of their frequencies this morning. Its decently strong and somewhat fluttery at 1349Z. 35423.
