Very good signal just popped up. Station is coming in at S9 and sometimes hitting S9+10.

0214 S8 With REM "Losing My Religion"
0216 SSTV, but I didn't catch it in time to decode.
Sigint, I'm glad you said what you did. I was wondering if it was me or if I was having trouble tuning it in.
0228 I think it's now down on 6953
0229 Now back up to 6955

02:16 UTC - Just missed the SSTV.
02:19 UTC - This is the same station I tried receiving before and have a hard time determining what frequency it is operating on. That exciter has bad modulation and poor frequency stability;
02:26 UTC - Transmission abruptly terminated;
02:28 UTC - Now on 6953.2000 kHz and drifting all over the place;
02:29 UTC - Now back on 6955 kHz;
02:33 UTC - SSTV. Impossible to decode as the frequency stability of the transmitter is brutal. I think it is currently somewhere around 6954.9800 kHz.

Odd noises in SE Minnesota. Pretty hard to make out but music coming in and out with what sounds like over-modulation too.
