Title: RFI - It's not just for breakfast anymore

Our increasingly connected world needs better protection against RF noise pollution:

I thought it was just my receiver!   ;)

Our lack of the most basic data on the extent of the problem is unacceptable

So very right.

I moved into my house in 2001 and it was fairly quiet. Today its a big mess of RFI. Even my shed that is 70' from the house and nothing obviously nearby except an underground telephone line, is not quiet.

I doubt anything will be done.

This is unfortunately what happens when you leave the doors open on regulation and let third world countries with little regard for our rules build our toys.

Just my two cents...
