Presumed to be Yeah Man Radio due to the frequency, and the jazz music. SIO 333.

S4-S5 signal with instrumental music at 2210 UTC tune-in.  Pescadore QRM in Portuguese language from 6925 kHz LSB as is the norm with an open band.
