A new one for me.  Here is some more information on the station:
 
German Weather Service (DWD) will begin transmitting weather information for the Baltic Sea and North Sea.
Broadcast will be three times a day from their site in Pinneberg, near Hamburg.
Broadcast will commence on April 1, 2015 on the following schedule:

0600-0630 UTC 6040 kHz

1200-1230 UTC 6040 kHz

2000-2030 UTC 5905 kHz

Hi Chris !

The frequency for all 3 time slots is now 5905 kHz.
Although the frequencies were registered from April 1st, first test transmissions took place at the end of October 2015.

Very good reception in Athens, Greece at 20:00 UTC (22:00 local). Modulation is AM (actually USB+carrier).
