0311 back on, faint this time. Voices sound like recordings, not live.

There's something there. I can hear faint music on 6925 USB as of 0313 UTC.
Heard the male voice at 0319 UTC, but I also couldn't copy what he said.
Weak signal, and the noise on this frequency tonight isn't helping.
