USB voice heard (presumed use of MT63 digital for data transfer)

Several stations switching between SHARES North and SHARES Northeast Coordination nets (6845 kHz USB and 6765 kHz USB), for example station KGG83A out of Virginia checked into Northeast net on 6845 USB and then immediately went down to 6765 USB to check into SHARES Northern Coordination Net. 

1623 UTC - NNE5PY net control NC station calling for additional stations at 1623 UTC, handing off NC
1624 UTC - Net control handed off to A5BK - NNA5BK, requesting any MARS or SHARES station, any section, any area
1625 UTC - MT63 1000Hz long, wait (digital mode transmission by net control)
1626 UTC - back to voice, net control making additional calls for any station from any area (same procedure as net on 6845 USB)
1700 UTC - net control station mention of SHARES net operator in Puerto Rico operating from solar battery power
1700 UTC - SHARES North NNA5PY and NNA5PK "the net is closed, the net is closed, over"
1701 UTC - 499152 numeric callsign working net control
1702 UTC - net control continuing QSO (even though net is closed)
1702 UTC - net actually closed now?  (nothing heard)

KGG83A is a FBI station out of Winchester, VA.
