SIO 111, music, hard to copy but definitely there on this frequency
       can't hear anything on Sigma SDR (MA/CT border) so you folks out east might not be getting this scratch that, it came up at 0038
0040 off already, or on a break

Very strong on the KFS Omni KiwiSDR in California, very weak in the AB1KW KiwiSDR in New Hampshire.

0038 UTC-Intermittent carrier on 6946 kHz
0039 UTC-Music (on 6945 USB)
0040 UTC-OFF?

0040 UTC: At tune in 0039 had some music that was followed by what sounded like a computerized announcement. Unable to understand it however. Off total time of less than a minute.
