2259 good morning to me, to Kris and a 3rd name, ID. Good - strong signal here !
2301 "Bambino" by Finnish guitar band..., 2302 low mod level,
2304 almost no audio now, 2306 audio is back, music,
2310 fading down, 2313 almost good again (only on antenna #2 ! )
2314 guitar, fading down again, best is from antenna #1 at times, but changing is not so quick,
2321 Finnish guitar versions of 60's pops and alike
2326 modulation level suddenly high
2329 shoutout to me, signal is OK here too, not only in Kazakstan
2331 long skip ? I'm about 800 km from N.E. part of NL

 I wonder why I received JT so poorly yesterday? It has not been yet.
I had such poor propagation to my QTH, did Johnny optimize the antenna for America?

I had such poor propagation to my QTH, did Johnny optimize the antenna for America?
I don't think so. Rather you were just in the skip zone and got bad signal via backscatter or some other marginal propagation mode. I had good signals here, 800 km away from N.E. NL, with just some fading for a few minutes.
JT managed to check his signal on SDR's in the Americas. It's a shame that no one there was listening to 48 m!
