Tuned in at 0032utc, good sig and audio, was playing a blues tune, now a swing tune, R-2000 and dipole.  
(edit) at 0048utc moved to R8 which can select wide bandwidth on ssb signals, and another antenna (CB).
(2nd edit) SSTV/FAX at 0121utc. Off at 0123utc.

Not since the days of Radio Metallica have I been able to hear a pirate using just the bar antenna in a portable You were knocking the crap out of it last night, Wolverine. Automatic 555.

Was it just my location, or were props excellent everywhere last night?

I got a good but not great signal here, and Token in California reported poor reception.
