Radio Appalachia 6925a 4/6/8 7:14 country/bluegrass, I am getting a het, but can only hear modulation in LSB, ID at 00:13, "Quiet numbskulls, I'm broadcasting!"

S3 or so here in MD. Modulation a little on the low side?

Very good S9+20 signal at 0049 UTC in Massachusetts. Yes, modulation sounds a little low, but still very readable.
