Possible Foxy AM ID at 0039z.

00:27 UTC - DJ speaking and gave out @protonmail.com address;
00:39 UTC - Something about "thank you for tuning in", fading in / out;
00:43 UTC - DJ speaking again, there is a decent AM carrier but lacks modulation, specially when the DJ is speaking;
00:49 UTC - "Time for some funny jokes";
00:51 UTC - Station ID: FOXY AM and e-mail address as foxyam@protonmail.com
00:55 UTC - Going into deep fade out;
01:18 UTC - SSTV;
01:22 UTC - Carrier dropped. End of broadcast.

I see that Bali_Frank previously gave a 21.45 off in his log entry. I did not want to start a new one in the event this is the same UNID.

S4 in noisy conditions, so the music is barely there, but the talk is only a word here and there.

Came back after having to step away, to hear a noisier frequency (SINPO=24222 at best)
100- Mellow music with OM singer, and then...
101- Lost signal under QRN or maybe off?

0020 Barely audible music then a man talking - only a few words audible including "radio." the lightning QRN slowly overtook the signal. Tried again at 0102 with music quite good, but faded down when talk started at 0105, so can only tell the op is a man.

Shows as S4 - 5, but the noise floor is in the same range with a big storm to my North.
