Sounds like someone is rebroadcasting a Radio show on a licensed frequency. No ID so far.
Talking about a camera in space taking pictures at 20:12 UT. A Dr. Newcome is referenced. Trying to discredit NASA.

2221 UTC OM talking about the OJ Simpson case a crime and investigation
2224 UTC OM I'm Art Bell then signal went into a deep fade
2225 UTC OM This is the BBC (rebroadcast of it) and gave out a 1 800 number.
2229 UTC Signal just above the noise (some type of interview with 2 guys)
2233 UTC Art Bell taking a call from someone id Dallas TX. (rebroadcast) still talking about the OJ case.

Listening since 2208. Just barely audible here - can hear a man talking. Just above the static floor. Can only hear some words and phrases. 2224 ad with an 800 telephone number, Art Bell program ID, another ad.
Interestingly, just trying a Y-200 (small Chinese loop) antenna on a stake on the ground with a Tecsun H501x and it is doing as well as the HF+ Dual and a W6LVP loop on the roof. Who can tell what will work.

Men still talking at 0021z. Very weak and covered by static 80% of the time. Can only make out occasional talking, not necessary the words.
