This morning at 1650z I happened across 8.888MHz USB RQCI Samara Meteo, with Volmet transmission in Russian by female announcer, first time heard this way. A very healthy 5X5 report.
Previously at 1648z I noted on 8.828MHz USB VRK20 Hong Kong Volmet with male announcer 5X7 report.
8MHz was very lively this morning with some new mystery CW signals found, as always, to keep the interest alive! ;D
