15420 is WBCQ, a commercial broadcaster and it's AM, not USB...frequency is actually closer to 15420.1

Thanks, I hear them best in USB. On AM they sound funny.

I thought 15240 was CUSB...Carrier + usb but no LSB. I forget what the little 3 character code is for that mode. WBCQ always sounds better to me in USB
