I have heard this loop of songs at least three other times. Someday will be able to ID.

Heard here in D.C. suburbs as well. I recorded it but the noise floor here is so bad that I deleted the file.
Have also heard this playlist before and sometimes pop-up broadcasts of just two or three songs, but they are always in this order. Would be nice to know who it is!
