Continuous XZG in CW followed by series of four 2 second data bursts.

"XSG" located in Shanghai, China, when not sending data it sends callsign in CW preceded by "buzz tones", good catch Corvus.

XSG and its mates are scattered between 4 to 16MHz.

XSG also sends marine traffic in CW and sometimes what people refer to as "spy traffic" from time to time.  ;)
