Signal is a noisy S5 - S6 here. Sounds like it might be Spanish or Portuguese. Shortwave.info suggests it could be KCBS from North Korea or Radio Voz Missionaria from Brazil on 9665. The frequency being so far off suggests North Korea, and while the language sounds like it could be Portuguese, the general format of the broadcast sounds much more like commercial radio. Any idea what I'm hearing?

01:35 UTC - Weak and unreadable. S5 ~ S6 and noisy as well to my location. I can hear a male speaking in the background;
01:49 UTC - This almost sounds like a foreign language religious type broadcast based on some of the words I can understand. From the EiBi database, Radio Voz Missionaria would fit the bill and should be transmitting on 9665 kHz;
01:55 UTC - Drifting down in frequency slightly to 9666.55 kHz;
01:58 UTC - Now into standard programming. Sounding more Cuban/Portuguese.

I do not believe that it is not Spanish or Portuguese. I cannot figure out the dialect.
The signal is decent via the HFU 500 ft Northeast Beverage KiwiSDR.

Please check RVM - R. Voz Missionária // 5938.96 kHz.

Jan 19 -  RVM - R. Voz Missionária on 9666.5v kHz. and clearly // 5938.95 kHz., at 0520 UT;
religious songs  and announcers in Portuguese.

00:50 UTC 20 JAN 2022 - Weak and readable on 9666.5 kHz. I can see a carrier and can hear some slight amount of audio on 5938.9 kHz but that frequency is being splattered by the broadcast on 5935.0 kHz.

Being in South Florida I can cheat on signals heard.
Hearing Portuguese id as Radio Voz de Missionaria on 9666 am 1:05 UTC Sig S7 SINPO 44444.
