Call sign NJDM is assigned to the USS Jason Dunham.

As of 1811 UTC the USS Jason Dunham is offshore of Jacksonville FL and the tracking data shows that it has restricted maneuverability (whatever that means). I wonder about the frequency, has any naval activity been logged on that frequency?
