A looped message maybe in Ukranian on 5855 USB. Received since 1800 hrs UTC. No idea what is being said, but I think was making references to Russian troops. Also another voice in the background. The message seems to be about 90 seconds long.

As of 2105 UTC, I'm only hearing splatter from a broadcast on 5860 AM.

I checked about 2130 hrs UTC & it was gone.
