ID elsewhere here as Indy Radio
Also playing recording of a Nicaraguan station
Multiple English IDs at 1840 UTC "This is Jingle Radio, the voice of radio stations around the world...."
and giving email address but saying not to expect a QSL.

1826 in Spanish about radio y television, etc...
1829 ID in E : Indy Radio, contact, 1831 music and talking, etc...

edit : the recording by KaySeeks (see below) is indeed from Jingle Radio (in the last minute before signing off, just before that it was still unclear)

The IDs in English do sound like "Jingle Radio"  - weak but clear signal in SW UK
