Weak station with "The Girl with the Flaxan Hair "  Then fade out ?

Had a decent S6 signal here, but was getting splatter from 6955.  Then they move up to 6964 to finish one more song and then off @ 0148.

SDR recording catch. AM mode, 0137 sign on, moved to 6964 around 0146.
Off at 0148.
