Popped up to very solid level for a cupla minutes

Noted "F" also there this morning (5 Jul) local time on 13528.2kHz, but that "D" business on 10872.2kHz peaking at 1230z 6 Jul 2017...
-
"M" = Magadan , Sea of Okhotsk, Far East
"F" = Vladisvostok, Far East, Sea of Japan
"D" = Sevastapol, Ukraine, Black Sea.
Here in Australia the most regular is Magadan and Astrakhan ("A") in the summer "F" is most common.
Yes, "D" Sevastapol is a regular here too on 10MHz just after Grey Line in our evenings.
I wonder if they all run the same transmitter power? One of the more elusive ones is "V" Khiva, Xorazm region of Uzbekistan. :D

"S" in CW on 10872.2kHz 559 at 0218 7 Jul 2017...
-
Haven't heard "S" for quite a few months on higher bands, used to a regular there, maybe it's been off air like "A" Astrakhan was or propagation seasonal change has brought it back into favour.
"S" Severomorsk, Kola Bay, Murmansk Region, Russia.
Last heard:
06th December 2016 10.871.9MHz CW 0955z 529 report.
15th May 2017 7.508.8MHz CW 1942z 559 report.

Had "S" last nite on 10871.9kHz 0530z 6 Jul 2017...Unless the old ears are going bad this evening have "D" on 10872.2kHz from 0505z 7 Jul 2017
-
"P" in CW on 10871.8kHz 569 at 0021 UTC, 08 Jul 2017...
-
"P" still strong on 10871.8KHz at 0405UTC, along with "S" and another that looks to be "C".
ARGO capture of the three:
-
