X-FM is S9+ in NH this evening - sounds especially good since the noise levels are low.

0109z "Welcome to Radio Free America"
0112z ID, ""No longer battling mosquitoes, battling snowflakes"
0112z xfmshortwave@gmail.com

0059 On with ID/standby loop
0106 "XFM is now on the air"; right now a solid signal w/ about 75% pilot using the hardware decoder tonight
0122 T/C, ID, mx by incubus.  Getting some choppy fade, noise as Zane noted.  50% pilot lock
0147 fading pretty severe now at times; pilot about 20%.  Music by Foo Fighters
0202 Signal up a bit for a while with "Daddy Cool"

Thanks XFM!

C-QUAM with S7-S8 signal, live time checks, nice talk-ups between songs.  Some static hampering things here, but still sounding good.  Thanks for the show RH!

I've been listening to a weak signal on 6940 for a while. Suddenly at 01:33 Boom! +20db and armchair copy. Now I've got the filter opened up wide to 9khz and sounding good. 10/7/12 01:00+ SIO 444.

Barely caught the ID at 0303, otherwise couldn't get much beyond a carrier on sidebands.  Darnit!  Thanks anyway, Redhat.

When X-FM started out I had alot of noise and fading on their signal, but about half way through the show they peaked at about a S5 and the fading wasnt as deep as it was at the beginning. Enjoyed the show and this was my first time logging X-FM

Had them here in MO from 0200 to sign-off at 0404.  Deep fades cut the signal entirely, but was 2 S units above the S7 noise here at times.  Signal jumped mightily at 0243, not sure if a noise source here quit or if they increased power.
