Hearing such kind of Stanag VERY STRONG but CANT decode !! Using Sorcerer SW !!!

By STANAG I assume you mean STANAG 4285, but keep in mind there aare many kinds of STANAG on the radio, 4285 is just one.  The majority of S4285 is encrypted, very little of it is in the clear.  That means that you will not decode / demodulate.
