2102 UTC OM with ID, into "With Or Without You"-U2

Have a carrier and intermittent traces of music here too, at 2030, similar to prior mid-afternoon signals from The Vault in the past. Haven't heard The Vault Keeper for awhile now.

Presumably The Vault, the signal just came up at 20235 to an easy SIO 333.
