"Dimtse Tigray is a new clandestine broadcast via TDF Issoudun 1500-1700 on 15160 ISS 250 kW / 130 deg to EaAf Tigrinya Tigray" per the WOR mailing list.

Generally a good signal here, but frequent OTHR bursts completely block it out now and then.

1545 pretty weak but there's definitely a signal with music breaking the noise floor here on the MLA-30 antenna (nothing on the G5RV).
