Carrier frequency is 6928 kHz, dashes every 4 seconds.

Weak and very fady but popping above the noise (barely) from time to time around 2150z?

I'm seeing this now with a fair signal around 0001z

It actually sounds more like a Morse V than a dash here now...

I have this listed as "MX". Russian Beacon "V" 6928 kHz. Good Catch I cant seem to ever get it here.

Try these as well, they should all be "V":

3658, 4150, 6809, 6928, 7027.5

Thanks stalker; it was in good around 0000 or so IIRC.  I was noting it under a NA pirate, though I can't remember who right this moment.
