02:17 UTC - S7 ~ S8 to my location. Audio sounds distorted and lots signal of multi-path bouncing / fading.
02:19 UTC - Station ID: Ballsmacker Radio. I did an antenna change to my end-fed longwire. Signal is now S9 to +10 but definitely a bad audio relay or replay. High level of distortion.
02:26 UTC - SSTV.
02:27 UTC - "That's all for tonight" with e-mail address for reception report.
00:28 UTC - End of broadcast.
Now that Ballsmacker Radio is off the air, I am receiving some intermittent QRM on the frequency which may have been the cause of the distorted Ballsmacker Radio broadcast. Origin UNID and as of 02:31 UTC has gone.

I just looked up this frequency and it is associated with US Army MARS and FEMA. The FC6 and FEM3 call signs are FEMA. This may not be an ideal frequency to operate a pirate radio station from as it is occupied by a federal agency.
