Tuned in at 2302utc, barely hear anything locally, tried Dixon IL sdr, weak & noisy but hear it better, sounds like a play with several characters one of whom says "I am the voice of Pancho Villa",

2304- Music briefly, then talk. OM with mic reverb effect says he's happy to be here tonight and wants to sing about his favorite something. High pitched Mr. Bill type character speaking as well. Mention of Captain Ganja. Some booing too.
2306- "What's that sticky wet spot on the front of your jeans?"
2307- Pancho says "I want to sing a song for you. I really want to be loved." ID as "The Voice of Paaaancho Viiiiiiiila!" High pitched voice "likes Mexican men."
2308- Another ID, "This is The Voice of Paaaancho Viiiiiiiila, saying goodbyyyyye!" Pancho "don't need no stinkin' badges."
2308- Music "Caminos y Puentes" by Huayucaltia. OM IDs and music resumes.
2309- Pancho IDs in the same style. Broadcasting from lovely Kulpsville, Pennsyvaaaania. Pancho is going to see Michael Jackson at Neverland Ranch.

2335- Next show. Pancho is scanning the shortwave dial.
2356- IS repeating, followed by talk and then "Caminos y Puentes" by Huayucaltia.

Hey CT-Yankee.......I got the first Covid shot and I'm waiting on the second one. This illness is something else, but equally debilitating....I know it's not Covid because I could taste the 2 cheeseburgers and oatmeal cookie I had for dinner. Thankfully they stayed in my stomach where I put them... :-\ Thanks for the get well message!

I have it here in Oakdale with a good signal. Nice to hear the Voice of Poncho Villa from years gone by, originally done at midnight at the NASWA Winterfest. These shows were done live.

Audible on peaks, but lots of fading and static crashes making reception difficult.
