S3 - S4 in S3.5 static floor and local neighbor's decoration noise blob.

Just heard a bunch of SSTV and after the last image, heard a female voice say - perhaps - "underdog!" then dead air for several minutes.

0043 - broke the dead air with "have no fear, underdog is here!" into The Underdog Song.

Underdog was here, 6955 USB, 2215, 12/31/17.  Long (maybe series) of guitar solos with "Underdog was here" by synth YL voice.  2 SSTV's, "Underdog" (rest unintelligable here) and off by YL.

Just at static floor with occasional peaks that were reasonably audible.
